Hello everyone, my Name is Aaron and I will be one of your coaches for your 30 Day Fit Journey! Over the last 10 years, fitness has been a big part of my life. Initially, I played college baseball for 4 years before graduating with a degree in Psychology. After college, I moved to Hawaii, and fell in love with surfing (of course) and started training crossfit. I soon came to realize that those two activities go hand-in-hand, but more importantly realized that fitness was completely changing my life. My body changed, mental health improved and I gained more confidence in my daily life.

After leaving Maui, I traveled around the world, toured many gyms, and met many amazing people along the way. When the traveling came to an end, I knew that I wanted to find an occupation that I could truly love and enjoy everyday. This is when I moved to San Diego and became a crossfit level 1 trainer, as well as an Olympic weightlifting coach (USAW-1). Having been a trainer in San Diego over the last two years has been the most rewarding experience that I have ever had. I have had the pleasure to coach some amazing athletes and help them progress and attain their goals. I have coached individuals for weight loss, muscle gain, cardiovascular training, agility, and much more. I truly believe that fitness can change your whole life, and is some of the best medicine that anyone can receive. However, the most rewarding part about being a coach is seeing my clients' lives change before my eyes. I am very excited to work with you and help you achieve all of your fitness goals.

I think by now, we all understand that nutrition is truly the main key to success for having a major fitness transformation AND maintaining your hard earned results. I get it: you get bored of eating the same foods over and over, you’re a late night snacker, maybe you’re a stress eater or maybe you’re someone who doesn’t eat all day due to being busy and when the day flies by, you end up binging...on the foods you told yourself you weren’t going to eat. Fast food, chips and salsa, microwave dinners, sweets, etc.

You’ve tried over...and over...and over again. This diet, that diet, and you seem to always have a bit of success, You lose some weight but after a little while, you want to jump off a bridge because you can’t take it anymore, and pack those pounds right back on… (maybe even a few extra)

Listen, there is only so much you can at home with 2 pound dumbbells, some bands and your bodyweight.

You try this machine, then that machine and then some cardio. You see what others are doing and think it's going to work for you, but it doesn't.
